The sound of Big Country propelled the band to global stardom in the early 1980's. Featured tracks such as 'In A Big Country', 'Chance', 'Harvest Home' and 'Fields Of Fire' from their 1983 debut album 'The Crossing' are included in this DVD. 'The Crossing' was an immediate sensation on both sides of the Atlantic. Big Country received two Grammy Award nominations -- one for Best New Artist and one for Best Rock Performance. Big Country appeared at some of the largest music events worldwide as the co-headlined the 'Peace Festival' in East Berlin with Bryan Adams where 140,000 people attended in 1988, and featured in the supergroup at Wembley for the finale of 'Live Aid'.
