Chiang Kai-shek issued an order to kill Zou Tao and others, and the situation was extremely serious. The leader of the Dongjiang guerrillas, Ye Weiqiang, entered Hong Kong. Hong Kong's panhandle put forward the condition of "one gold bar, one head, and only a few heads don't look at life and death". All this was tracked by Zhu Ying, the military commissar of the Hong Kong Special Rapporteur.
