Despite having a £45,000 Love It budget, Kirstie is exasperated with the layout issues and has her work cut out to turn this one around. She takes aim at the garage, but can she win Steven over? Meanwhile, Phil's search is far from plain sailing as he sets out to find a home that delivers on their long list of requirements. Tensions rise as both sides bring their A-game, leaving the decision on a knife's edge. Will Steven and Adeola love their home or list it?
