In the midst of their fame, American teenager Nancy Spungen arrived in London to be part of the scene. She met Sid Vicious shortly after, falling in love and becoming inseparable from him. Disliked by the band and suffering from mental health issues, 18-year-old Nancy was vilified by the press and fans.Just two years later, at the age of just 20, Nancy would tragically die in a New York hotel room, with Sid suspected of killing her. He would die himself less than a year later, and to date, no charges have ever been brought regarding her death. Step forward Romesh Ranganathan â€“ a comedian with no experience of criminal investigations whatsoever â€“ who is going to attempt to crack the case once and for all.
