School assistant Kayleigh from Lincolnshire, supply manager Ama Agyewaa from Wolverhampton and customer advisor Kerry from Warrington have all travelled to the Love My Face clinic hoping to get support and find out about treatment options for their visible facial differences. Kerry's spent 22 years listening to the bullying voices in her head about her neck and wants them to stop. Kayleigh has a facial birthmark and would love to feel able to leave the house without make-up, while Ama Agyewaa lost her hair and identity after having a baby and is desperate to get them back.
